The company breaks here with its \u201cdeconstructed\u201d manner and seems to have decided to produce an identifiable dance, reassuring and predictable. Impression contradicted by the presence, behind the dancer, of a curtain cutting the stage in two that rises in the middle of the show revealing the monumental letters of the word \u201cclimax\u201d, designed according to the model of the nightclubs disco balls. The solemn and ridiculous apparition of this word overhanging the stage, inaccurate title, inaccurate programme, inaccurate definition, doesn\u2019t disrupt at all the dance that continues on the same mode while the play enters the heart of the matter and elaborate its meaning on this improper, inappropriate word.<\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">The climax with triumphant sonorities is doomed to melancholy, bearing the germ of its own death. It draws a horizon, an summit that always gives way : salutary disappointment because the dance would not resist meeting its desire. La compagnie rompt ici avec sa mani\u00e8re \u201cd\u00e9construite\u201d et semble avoir pris le parti d\u2019une danse identifiable, s\u00e9curisante et pr\u00e9visible. Impression d\u00e9mentie par la pr\u00e9sence, derri\u00e8re le danseur, d\u2019un rideau qui coupe la sc\u00e8ne en deux, pour se lever au milieu du spectacle sur les lettres monumentales du mot \u201cclimax\u201d, d\u00e9coup\u00e9es et fa\u00e7onn\u00e9es selon le mod\u00e8le des boules \u00e0 facettes de discoth\u00e8ques. L\u2019apparition solennelle et d\u00e9risoire de ce mot surplombant la sc\u00e8ne, faux titre, faux programme, fausse d\u00e9finition, ne trouble en rien la danse qui se prolonge sur le m\u00eame mode tandis que la pi\u00e8ce entre dans le vif du sujet et sur ce mot impropre, inappropri\u00e9, construit son propos.<\/h4>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Le climax aux sonorit\u00e9s triomphantes est vou\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00e9lancolie, porteur du germe de sa disparition. Il dessine un horizon, un summum qui sans cesse se d\u00e9robe : salutaire d\u00e9ception car la danse ne r\u00e9sisterait pas \u00e0 la rencontre avec son d\u00e9sir. Il est un leurre, une provocation \u00e0 laquelle le danseur oppose une concentration imperturbable.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Dans ce d\u00e9calage entre la danse et son climax, entre le \u201cdansable\u201d et la tentation na\u00efve d\u2019un absolu, se d\u00e9ploie l\u2019espace sc\u00e9nique habit\u00e9 par le danseur, en apparence indiff\u00e9rent, mais anim\u00e9 pourtant, mis sous tension, par le rayonnement du climax qui fournit un mobile, une raison de continuer. Telle est sa vertu : g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur d\u2019\u00e9nergie, traceur de perspectives, le climax s\u2019apparente au projet, \u00e0 l\u2019intention artistique, \u00e9panoui dans une floraison minimale, frustrante et pr\u00e9cieuse.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Une fois encore, la logique perturbatrice qui sous-tend tous les spectacles de la compagnie est \u00e0 l\u2019oeuvre. L\u2019ironie critique, constante de leur travail, est elle-m\u00eame d\u00e9jou\u00e9e, \u00e9vitant ainsi l\u2019\u00e9cueil d\u2019un discours binaire au profit d\u2019une troisi\u00e8me voie, qui fait feu de tout bois, recycle les encombrants et d\u00e9gage de l\u2019espace.
